岗位职责：1. 作为承包商现场唯一全权代表，对接业主、EPC总包、监理单位及属地监管部门，全面负责本项目LTSA运维合同履约管理，对现场安全、运维质量、人员、成本、资料交付承担全部管理责任；2. 统筹现场所有岗位人员行政管理、排班调度、绩效考核、纪律管理、驻场属地用工合规管理工作；3. 组织编制电站年度运维方案、设备预防性维保计划、备品备件申报计划、年度运维预算，完成方案报审、落地执行与过程管控；4. 牵头处置储能系统重大故障、非计划停机、安全事故，组织事故溯源调查，编制事故分析报告及整改落实方案；5. 统一管理运维台账、巡检记录、维修单据、月度/季度/年度运维报告等所有履约资料，负责业主各项审计、资料审查对接工作；6. 审批现场动火、带电、受限空间等高风险作业许可，督导HSE体系落地执行，把控现场整体安全管理底线；7. 管控备品备件库存总量，审核仓库出入库单据，平衡备件库存成本与设备抢修需求，降低电站停机风险；8. 制定团队年度技能培训计划，落实人员实操培训、新人带教工作，处理现场劳资纠纷、签证、属地法律法规相关事务。任职要求：1. 学历专业：本科及以上，电气工程、储能工程、电力系统及其自动化相关专业；2. 工作经验：5年及以上电化学储能电站运维管理经验，不少于2年电站全盘管理经验；3. 专业能力：精通整套储能系统（电池簇、PCS、BMS、EMS、消防、温控、SCADA监控系统）原理与运维标准；熟练编制运维方案、故障报告、各类商务履约文件；4. 综合能力：具备多方对接商务沟通、班组管理、现场应急指挥处置能力，抗压性强，工作事项闭环管理意识强；5. 资质证书：持有有效高低压电工证；持有注册安全工程师证书优先；持有储能系统运维相关专项证书优先；6. 语言要求：可熟练使用英语完成商务沟通、文件读写、现场会议对接；7. 其他：熟悉工程项目属地安全法规、劳工管理条例，接受长期项目地工作 。
