Professionals joining Al Ashraaf will be part of a team focused on long-term impact, growth, and excellence.<br>Role Description The Senior Urban Designer & Landscape Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour. This role involves leading the design and planning of urban spaces and landscapes for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, from concept through detailed design. Daily responsibilities include developing master plans, preparing design proposals and presentations, coordinating site layouts, and integrating landscaping solutions that enhance usability, sustainability, and aesthetics. The role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, planners, and project managers to ensure design coherence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. The Senior Urban Designer & Landscape Architect will also review drawings, provide design guidance to junior team members, participate in stakeholder and client meetings, and support design revisions based on feedback and site constraints.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong expertise in Urban Planning and Comprehensive Planning, with the ability to develop coherent master plans and community-focused layouts. Solid background in Architecture and Urban design, including site planning, building massing, and integration of built form with open spaces. Advanced skills in Landscape Architecture, including planting design, outdoor space programming, and sustainable landscape solutions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related field. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite) and visualization tools. Experience leading complex real estate or urban development projects, ideally within large-scale residential or mixed-use contexts. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and site-specific constraints. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of local planning regulations, building codes, and sustainable design principles; experience in the Egyptian market is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to mentor
