Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing maintenance costs and equipment downtime.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably within a dairy farm, food production, agricultural, or industrial environment.</li><li>Practical experience with mechanical and electromechanical equipment.</li><li>Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.</li><li>Good knowledge of preventive maintenance principles.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a farm environment and respond to equipment breakdowns when required.</li><li>Good command of English, particularly technical terminology.</li></ul>
