The Site Architect will oversee architectural works on construction sites, ensuring that designs are accurately implemented and aligned with project specifications, codes, and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and consultants, reviewing drawings and construction details, resolving design and site-related issues, and monitoring progress to ensure quality and timelines are maintained. <p><strong>Main Purpose:</strong></p><p>Participate in the planning, supervision and coordination of mental health / pycho-social related services in the programme in accordance with MSF standards in order to provide the most appropriate mental health support for patients.<br><br><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Participate in the planning, organization and coordination of Mental Health activities, in close collaboration with the MSAM and other medical team members including MAM, in order to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of the resources needed while maintaining high levels of quality in Mental Health MSF programs and activities.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates activities of counseling services with other relevant actors and liaises with the local counterparts (like MoH, WHO, ICRC and NGO) on mental health matters, including referral services.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the daily mental health activities and patient support according to MSF protocols and standards in order to provide the most appropriate support for clients with psychosocial needs</p></li><li><p>Liaise with the other MSF team members of the project.</p></li><li><p>Supervise, in close coordination with the HR department, MSAM and MAM, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development psychosocial functioning.</p></li><li><p>When needed, give psychological support to patients according to MSF protocols to improve mental health conditions of patients and enhance their conducting regular shadowing, trainings, case discussions and meetings to enhance service quality in coordination with the MSAM and MSF psychiatrist.</p></li><li><p>Design curriculums for MHPSS groups (including psychoeducation, counselling and PSEC groups) and support staff with implementation.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the health promotion (HP) team, including cultural mediators, HP officers &nbsp;and supervisor to ensure proper implementation of activities related to MHPSS.</p></li><li><p>Support the development and implementation of, and adherence to, standard protocols for the care and treatment of people with mental health needs, together with MSAM.</p></li><li><p>Support the training of MSF and partner medical and paramedical staff on basic mental health knowledge and management with a focus on holistic care.</p></li><li><p>Carry out related administrative processes including ensuring proper data collection is done for all mental health activities, regular and ad
