Job Title / Internal Sales Specialist in the organizational structure / reports to the Sales Manager. Work location / Beni Suef Corniche, Extension of the Ring Road opposite Abu Silim Village Entrance - next to Antika Cafe. Working hours: 9 hours with a one-hour break - one weekly rest day. Job objective / Contribute to increasing the company’s sales by identifying customer needs and offering suitable products or services, building strong relationships that ensure satisfaction and ongoing dealings, while achieving monthly and annual sales targets and supporting company growth. Tasks and responsibilities: Welcome customers, identify their needs, and offer appropriate products or services. Achieve sales, monthly, and annual targets. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continuity of dealings. Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports. Monitor the market and competitors to increase competitiveness. Cooperate with the team and management to achieve company goals. Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and determination to achieve goals. Proficiency in computer programs and familiarity with CRM systems or quick learning. Passion for the automotive field. Passion for professional development.
