The specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, present insurance and financial solutions, and support sales targets through direct sales activities and relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting Met Life Egypt’s products, conducting customer needs assessments, providing high-quality service and follow-up, and assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns. The role also involves coordinating and delivering product training or informational sessions, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. Proven Sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with an understanding of insurance or financial products. Experience in Training and Sales Management, such as coaching team members, supporting sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies. Ability to work in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities in both office and remote environments. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret customer and market data. Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; familiarity with digital sales and marketing tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Life Medical, a company specializing in medical devices and maintenance services, announces its need for a Sales Representative to work in Upper Egypt governorates, preferably based in Assiut or Sohag. Responsibilities: • Visit government and private hospitals, medical centers, and clinics in Upper Egypt governorates. • Market maintenance and repair services for medical devices, spare parts, and maintenance contracts. • Market the medical devices, supplies, and products offered by the company. • Open new markets and build a customer base within the working region. • Monitor the needs of hospitals, doctors, and the procurement and biomedical engineering departments. • Monitor price offers, tenders, quantities, and supply orders. • Coordinate with the technical department on acceptance and delivery of devices and follow-up maintenance work. • Monitor collections and debts of customers in the working region. • Prepare a weekly visit plan and a report on visit outcomes and sales opportunities. • Achieve the monthly sales and collection targets. Requirements: • Relevant higher education, preferably graduates of biomedical engineering, sciences, medical sciences, or a technical health institute. • 1 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or maintenance services. • Ability to communicate, negotiate, and build good relationships with customers. • Seriousness, commitment, and ability to work in the field. • Ability and willingness to travel between Upper Egypt governorates. • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Ability to organize visits and independently manage a broad working area.
