<ul><li><p>Supervise, coach, and motivate pharmaceutical sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement territory sales plans in line with company objectives.</p></li><li><p>Monitor sales performance, customer coverage, and achievement of KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to evaluate performance and provide coaching.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective promotion of the company's pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved marketing strategies.</p></li><li><p>Analyze territory sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</p></li><li><p>Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance updates to management.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analyses.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the sales team follows company policies, ethical standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.</p></li><li><p>Support the onboarding and training of new sales representatives.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer issues and escalate important market or product-related concerns when necessary.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a sales supervisory/team leader role.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of the Port Said territory and healthcare market.</p></li></ul><p></p>
