- Implement company sales plans and objectives through authorized distributors within the region. ".2. Distribute sales targets to distributors and monitor their achievement periodically. ".3. Monitor the implementation of offers and discounts with distributors and ensure their reach to points of sale according to the company plan. ".4. Ensure distributors comply with the company's sales and financial policies, and the approved credit periods and values. ".5. Monitor debt collection and reduce outstanding debts in coordination with distributors and prepare regular reports for the direct manager. ".6. Follow up on distributor and end-customer problems and work to resolve them immediately. ".7. Ensure full sales coverage within the region and increase the number of active customers. ".8. Monitor the performance of distributors' representatives in the field and ensure compliance with visit plans and security lines. ".9. Ensure availability of products in the market and no stock shortages with distributors. ".10. Receive sales reports, competition, distribution, and productivity from distributors, analyze them, and submit to the direct manager. ".11. Participate in selecting and evaluating new distributors' representatives in coordination with the Distributor Management. ".12. Provide necessary guidance and training to distributors' representatives to ensure a higher sales performance efficiency.
