المسمى الوظيفي: سائق مشغل شاحنة رافعة ثقيلة (Heavy Crane Truck Operator) موقع العمل: موقع منجم السكري للذهب - مرسى علم القسم: عمليات المنجم / صيانة المعدات الثقيلة (Mine Operations / HV Maintenance) نوع العقد: دوام كامل، عقد دائم نظام العمل (الورديات): مناوبات بنظام (20 يوم عمل / 10 أيام إجازة)<br><br>الهدف من الوظيفة: تولي المسؤولية الكاملة عن التشغيل الآمن والفعال لشاحنة الرافعة من طراز (Iveco T-Way 8x8 Crane Truck). يتطلب هذا الدور التخصصي مستوى خبيراً من الكفاءة في التعامل مع الروافع الهيدروليكية ذات القدرات العالية والتي تعمل بالتحكم عن بُعد (فئة 90 TM) في التضاريس الوعرة للمناجم المفتوحة، وتنفيذ عمليات رفع معقدة لأوزان تصل إلى 22 طناً، وإدارة نقل الأحمال الضخمة داخل موقع المنجم.<br><br>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:<br><br>1. السلامة وسلامة الأنظمة الفنية:<br><br>الالتزام بالقواعد الجوهرية: الحفاظ على الامتثال المطلق والصارم لتحذيرات نظام السلامة (FX900/FX901). يُعد أي تغيير أو تجاوز لمحدد عزم الرفع الإلكتروني (Electronic Lift Moment Limiter) بمثابة خرق جسيم لقواعد السلامة الجوهرية للشركة.<br>حماية منطقة رفع الأحمال: إنشاء وفرض حاجز مادي بزاوية 360 درجة حول منطقة الرفع بشكل صارم، ومنع تواجد أي أفراد داخل نطاق نصف قطر الرافعة (Fassi Crane) إلا إذا كان الحمل مستقراً على الأرض وجهاز التحكم عن بُعد مغلقاً تماماً.<br>الجاهزية التشغيلية: تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن حالة "الجاهزية للعمل" للوحدة من خلال الالتزام بجميع معايير السلامة، الإجراءات، والدورات التعريفية الخاصة بالموقع.<br>2. التنفيذ التشغيلي وميكانيكا الرفع:<br><br>التحكم في عزم الرفع: التحقق اليدوي من أوزان الأحمال ومقارنتها بنظام التحكم الديناميكي الآلي الرقمي (ADC) لضمان عدم وصول النظام أبداً إلى نقطة القطع الحرجة أثناء عملية الرفع الفعلية.<br>تحديد موقع المعدة: اختيار أرضية إعداد آمنة وصلبة داخل المنجم المفتوح واستخدام منصات دعم ثقيلة لتوزيع ضغط الركائز، ومنع هبوط التربة أو اختراقها.<br>التشغيل عن بُعد: الحفاظ على الرؤية المباشرة والتحكم الكامل في المعدة عبر جهاز التحكم عن بُعد اللاسلكي (RCH/RCS)، لضمان السلامة الشخصية وسلامة المنطقة المحيطة أثناء التواجد خارج كابينة الشاحنة.<br>الخدمات اللوجستية وتأمين الحمولات: ضمان تأمين جميع الشحنات المنقولة على شاسيه الشاحنة (8x8) بالكامل باستخدام الأقفال الدوارة (Twist-Locks) أو جدار الحماية المصنف، وهندسة الأحمال خصيصاً لتناسب النقل على منحدرات المنجم الحادة وطرق الشحن غير المستوية.<br>تنفيذ الصيانة: القيام بعمليات الرفع المتعلقة بالصيانة المخطط لها والمحددة في الخطة الأسبوعية، بالإضافة إلى أعمال الطوارئ غير المخطط لها الموجهة من قبل المشرف المسؤول (Superintendent).<br>3. التقارير والتعاون المشترك:<br><br>التوثيق اليومي: إتمام فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل اليومية المفصلة على الماكينة، وتحديث وتسجيل تحركات المركبة اليومية وعمليات الرفع المكتملة.<br>تبليغ الحوادث والأعطال: الإبلاغ الفوري عن أعطال المعدات، المشكلات الميكانيكية، أو مخاوف السلامة إلى الورشة أو المشرفين المعنيين.<br>المشاركة في التخطيط: الحضور والمشاركة الفعالة في اجتماعات التخطيط الأسبوعية واجتماعات تخطيط المنجم لضمان جدولة تحركات المعدات بدقة.<br><br><br>المتطلبات والمؤهلات:<br>التراخيص: رخصة قيادة مركبات ثقيلة (HV) سارية المفعول، بالإضافة إلى رخصة مشغل معدات ثقيلة سارية.<br>تصاريح الموقع: القدرة على الحصول على الدورات التعريفية الخاصة بالموقع، تصاريح التعدين، وتصاريح التشغيل الداخلية.<br>الخبرة الفنية: خبرة خبير ومثبتة في التعامل مع الروافع الهيدروليكية ذات القدرات العالية وتقنيات التجهيز والتربيط المتقدمة (Advanced rigging).<br>سنوات الخبرة: خبرة مباشرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل الروافع الهيدروليكية ذات القدرات العالية.<br>البيئة العملية: تُفضل بقوة الخبرة السابقة في تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة داخل بيئة المناجم أو الإنشاءات الثقيلة.<br>المهارات التخصصية: إتقان مثبت لمتطلبات تأمين الأحمال، وتكوينات التربيط والتجهيز، وحسابات قدرة وتحمل المعدات.<br><br>الكفاءات الأساسية:<br><br>مستوى عالٍ من الانضباط لاتباع المعايير والإجراءات التشغيلية الصارمة بدون إشراف مباشر.<br>القدرة على تحديد نطاق العمل وإجراء تقييمات ديناميكية للمخاطر المرتبطة بمهام الرفع الثقيل.<br>عقلية تعاونية قوية للعمل بسلاسة جنباً إلى جنب مع فريق صيانة المركبات الثقيلة (HV) وفريق عمليات المنجم.<br>مهارات تحليلية في حل المشكلات والمبادرة التشغيلية.

The role supervises crews andequipment, monitors operational performance, enforces HSEcompliance, coordinates with internal and client stakeholders, anddrives the achievement of production targets while maintaining highsafety and operational standards<br>Job Requirements and Duties<br>Lead safe mining operations and ensure full compliance with Capital, client, HSE, JSEA and site procedures, taking immediate action on unsafe conditions or behaviors Coordinate daily mining activities in line with the approved mining plan, including excavation, loading, hauling, dumping, road maintenance and preparation for day/night shift operations Drive production performance by monitoring excavator dig rates, equipment utilization and crew productivity, identifying constraints and taking timely action to achieve daily targets safely Conduct regular pit inspections, covering haul roads, loading and dumping areas, floor levels, dig limits, lighting, traffic management and other operational hazards. Manage mining equipment deployment and availability in coordination with Dispatch and Maintenance, including breakdown, follow-up, hot-seat planning and workshop requirements Lead shift communication and workforce coordination, including pre shift/PSI meetings, allocation of work, performance feedback and regular communication with Leading Hands, operators and drivers Coordinate with Technical Services, Survey, Drilling and Blasting teams to ensure operations comply with designs, levels, boundaries, drilling patterns and blast requirements Maintain strong HSE leadership, including hazard identification, inspections, JSEAs, incident reporting, corrective-action follow-up, PPE compliance fatigue management and blast-area evacuation/control Develop and manage the mining team through coaching and training of Leading Hands and operators, monitoring attendance and leave, and applying company disciplinary procedures where required Maintain effective client and management communication, attend operational meetings, report production and safety issues, coordinate required actions, and assume Mining Superintendent responsibilities when required<br>Education Required<br>Bachelor of Mining Engineering<br>Experience and skills Required<br>Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in same field Familiarity with mining sites and equipment Ability to lead Competencies in the operation of earth moving machinery Excellent Command of English. High communication skills. Problem Solving Experience with knowledge & best practice applications of mining equipment's. Knowledge of the technical engineering planning process & key drivers for planning.
