Machine operation: safely starting, running, and stopping production equipment (such as: fryer, freezer, size-separation machine, peeling machine, cutting machine, packaging machines) according to standard operating procedures. Monitor production line parameters (temperatures, speeds, pressures) and make minor adjustments based on supervisor directions. Perform periodic cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and workstations. Quality control: conduct quality checks during the process (visual inspection, temperature checks, weight checks, dimension checks) according to the specified schedule. Identify defective product and remove it, and report any quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Ensure the product meets specifications before moving to the next stage. Materials handling: ensure a continuous supply of raw materials (potatoes, oil, packaging materials) to the production line. Prepare the finished product for packaging or transfer to the next processing stage. Maintain correct labeling and traceability of materials and finished products. Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): follow all safety rules, including isolation and lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO), and wear required personal protective equipment at all times. Keep the work area clean and organized (5S) in accordance with GMP and food safety standards. Report any hazards, incidents, or near-miss situations to the supervisor immediately. Documentation and reporting: complete production records, quality checklists, and shift reports accurately and on time. Record production output, downtime, and waste as required. Communicate any problems or abnormal conditions with the shift supervisor immediately. Teamwork: work in collaboration with team members, supervisors, and other departments (maintenance, quality) to ensure smooth production.
