Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigations Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in EPC environments and working with subcontractors.
