The hospital provides comprehensive services around the clock, emphasizing safety, comfort, and clinical excellence for every patient.<br>Role Description The Planning and Follow-Up Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at ALMehwar Hospital in 6th of October. This role is responsible for coordinating operational plans, tracking progress against targets, and ensuring timely execution of departments’ action items. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing performance data, preparing reports and dashboards, and following up with clinical and administrative teams to resolve delays or issues. The specialist will support resource planning, help align departmental activities with hospital objectives, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Collaboration with finance, customer service, and medical staff is essential to improve efficiency, patient experience, and overall service quality.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong analytical skills, including data collection, interpretation, and performance monitoring. Planning and organizational skills, with experience in scheduling, prioritization, and project coordination. Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, with skill in stakeholder coordination and reporting. Basic finance understanding to support budgeting, cost tracking, and resource utilization analysis. Customer service orientation, with a focus on patient satisfaction and responsive follow-up. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under time constraints. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with hospital or healthcare systems is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in hospital operations or planning roles is preferred.
