Lead all activity related to achieving process objectives under the aspects of quality, efficiency and cost. Warrants availability of electric supply, control systems and inspection machines. Reduction of down times. Implementation and development of preventive maintenance plans and methods. Analysis of down time and machine breakdown. Adjustment of inspection machines during job change. Coordinate activities with all other departments. Improvement of efficiency. Reduction of energy consumption. Develop an effective training plan for all department staff members and ensure its execution. Coordinate activities with maintenance sub-contractors. Improvement of electric supply systems, control systems and inspection machines. Design and implementation of process experiments. Facilitate the introduction of new processes, products and technologies. Ensures the appropriate and fair execution of the performance appraisal process among the electrical maintenance department staff.
