E-Commerce Manager<br><br>Location: Obour City, Cairo<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br><br>Fashion brand is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our online store and oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>- Manage and update the Shopify store.<br>- Upload and maintain accurate product information, descriptions, prices, images, sizes, colors, and SKUs.<br>- Monitor and process daily orders and verify customer/order data.<br>- Follow up with shipping companies and track orders until successful delivery.<br>- Handle delayed, cancelled, returned, or rejected orders.<br>- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams.<br>- Monitor inventory and ensure products are correctly displayed and available online.<br>- Prepare basic e-commerce reports and monitor operational performance.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion/retail.<br>- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.<br>- Experience dealing with shipping companies and order fulfillment.<br>- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.<br>- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.<br>- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.<br>- Good command of English.<br><br>If you are organized, hands-on, and able to take full ownership of e-commerce operations, we’d love to hear from you.
