· تنفيذ الجولات التفتيشية اليومية داخل جميع مناطق المجزر.· إعداد وتحديث تقييمات المخاطر (Risk Assessment) لجميع الأنشطة التشغيلية.· مراجعة إجراءات العمل الآمن (Safe Work Procedures) بشكل دوري.· متابعة الالتزام باستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).· التأكد من تطبيق إجراءات السلامة أثناء تشغيل المعدات والماكينات.· متابعة سلامة المعدات الدوارة، السيور الناقلة، وآلات الذبح والتقطيع والتعبئة· التأكد من سلامة مناطق التخزين والتبريد وغرف التجميد.· متابعة تطبيق متطلبات الأمن الحيوي (Biosecurity) داخل المجزر لمنع انتقال الأمراض والملوثات.· الإشراف على تداول وتخزين المواد الكيميائية ومواد التنظيف والتطهير طبقًا لنشرات بيانات السلامة (SDS/MSDS)· قيادة التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات وحالات Near Miss.، تطبيق منهجية تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis)· تنفيذ برامج التوعية والتدريب الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية.· تنفيذ تدريبات الإخلاء والطوارئ بصورة دورية.· تدريب الموظفين الجدد على إجراءات السلامة قبل استلام العمل.· الاشراف على فريق فنين السلامة والصحة المهنية وتطوير الفريق بشكل مستمر.· إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية الخاصة بمؤشرات السلامة.· تحليل الحوادث والإصابات والرفع الدوري للإدارة.· الإشراف على إجراءات السلامة داخل غرف التبريد والتجميد.التنسيق مع إدارات الجودة والإنتاج والطب البيطري لضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات سلامة الغذاء والصحة المهنية.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال</li></ul>
