We’re Hiring: Quality Control Engineer Company: Al-Khaleej for Industrial Engineering Location: Sohag, Egypt Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Al-Khaleej for Industrial Engineering is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to maintain high standards of product quality, process reliability, and operational performance. Mandatory Requirements A minimum of 5 years of proven, relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Candidates must provide clear evidence of their experience through their CV and employment history. Candidates must currently live in Sohag or be willing and able to relocate to Sohag before starting the role. This is a fully on-site position in Elkawther, Sohag. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. Applications that do not meet the experience and location requirements will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities. Lead or support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. Prepare accurate inspection records, quality reports, and performance summaries. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Participate in internal and external audits. Apply quality tools such as control charts, checklists, Pareto analysis, and cause-and-effect diagrams. Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 5 years of directly relevant Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience. Strong practical experience in inspection, testing, and production-process monitoring. Experience investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Familiarity with relevant quality standards, documentation requirements, and industrial safety practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
