Tasks: • Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical control panels and control circuits on production lines. • Monitoring and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems and I/O units, and tuning inverter/ VFD speed controllers. • Connecting and calibrating sensors, thermocouples, and measurement devices for furnace temperature control. • Maintaining motor control circuits from contactors, relays, and protection devices. • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and control circuit diagrams and implementing connections accordingly. • Diagnosing and repairing automation and electrical system faults quickly to minimize production downtime, with periodic preventive maintenance. • Adhering to electrical safety procedures (isolation and power source securing) and recording maintenance work and fault reports. Requirements: • Diploma in Engineering – Electrical Department. • At least one year of experience in control circuits. • Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels, reading electrical drawings, and use of measurement instruments. • Ability to work in shifts and calculate overtime, with physical fitness suitable for a factory environment. <p><strong>Additional details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of vacancies: 1</li><li>Shift system: Morning and Evening</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, social insurance, transportation allowance, meals, overtime</li></ul>
Tasks:<br><br>• Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical control panels and control circuits on production lines.<br><br>• Monitoring and maintaining programmable logic controller (PLC) control systems and I/O units, and adjusting speed drives (Inverters / VFD).<br><br>• Connecting and calibrating sensors, thermocouples and measurement devices used for oven temperature control.<br><br>• Maintaining motor control circuits including contactors, relays and circuit breakers.<br><br>• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, control diagrams and wiring diagrams and carrying out connections accordingly.<br><br>• Diagnosing faults in control and electrical systems and repairing them quickly to minimize production downtime, with periodic preventive maintenance.<br><br>• Adherence to electrical safety procedures (isolation and securing the power source) and documenting maintenance work and fault reports.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>• Diploma in industry – electrical department.<br><br>• Experience of at least one year in control circuits.<br><br>• Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels, reading electrical diagrams, and use of measuring instruments.<br><br>Ability to work in shifts and calculate overtime, and good physical fitness for a factory environment.
