About The Role<br><br>SMART Technology Solutions is a KSA-based provider of IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.<br><br>We are building a presales and bid management team in Egypt to support our government and enterprise opportunities in Saudi Arabia.<br><br>As a Presales Engineer, you will manage the bid process from identifying relevant tenders on Etimad and Forsa to preparing compliant technical and commercial proposals.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>RFP Sourcing and Bid Qualification<br><br>Monitor Etimad (اعتماد) and Forsa (فرصة) for relevant tenders Assess each opportunity based on eligibility, scope, capability, competition, and deadlines Support bid and no-bid decisions with clear recommendations Maintain an updated opportunity tracker and bid calendar Ensure no qualified opportunity or submission deadline is missed<br><br>Proposal Development<br><br>Prepare technical and commercial proposals in Arabic and English Review RFP requirements and build compliance checklists Turn technical input into clear and persuasive proposal content Coordinate contributions from IT Solutions, Cybersecurity, IT Projects, and other teams Ensure each submission meets all documentation, formatting, and platform requirements Develop a reusable content library covering company information, case studies, team profiles, certifications, and standard responses<br><br>Cross-Functional Coordination<br><br>Work with SMART's sales and technical teams in Saudi Arabia to define proposed solutions Confirm the technical approach, scope, deliverables, and assumptions before submission Coordinate with Finance to obtain pricing and commercial inputs Identify capability, resource, or timeline gaps at an early stage Support leadership with the information needed to make bid decisions Track required inputs and follow up with stakeholders until submission<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field2 to 5 years of experience in presales, bid management, proposal writing, or technical sales support Experience within IT services, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or public-sector tendering Strong Arabic and English writing skills Ability to prepare formal proposals in both languages Strong technical writing and document-structuring skills Ability to explain technical solutions in clear client-focused language Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple bids and fixed submission deadlines Based in Cairo and able to coordinate each day with SMART's KSA team<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>Working knowledge of Etimad and Forsa Experience with supplier registration and qualification through Etimad Understanding of IT services or cybersecurity solutions Experience using CRM, tender-management, or bid-tracking tools Experience preparing proposals for Saudi government or enterprise clients

About the job: The specialized graphic designer for social media and e-commerce stores is the main driver of visual identity; their tasks focus on creating visual content to attract customers, increase sales, and build brand trust. The core tasks for this designer can be summarized as follows: 1. Social media platforms tasks (SMM) - Designing interactive posts: create attractive designs for official accounts (Instagram, X, Facebook) compatible with each platform's dimensions. - Designing advertising campaigns: create images and banners for paid ads (such as campaigns on Google Ads and social media ads). - Creating the visual identity: unify colors, fonts, and fixed templates to ensure easy brand recognition among the audience. - Video content production: design and edit short videos (Reels/TikTok) and add motion effects (Motion Graphics). تصدر من المنظمة البحرية الدولية (IMO) للحيلولة دون تلوث البيئة البحرية الناجم عن تسريبات السفن.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة بدراسة تقييم الأثر البيئي على المشروعات الاقتصادية بالهيئة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على إعداد ونشر برامج التثقيف والتوعية البيئية حول أهمية حماية البيئة البحرية وتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة في هذا المجال.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة أعمال قياس مساحة التلوث وتحديد قيمة الغرامة في ضوء القوانين واللوائح البيئية بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على نظافة المسطح المائي في نطاق الهيئة ورفع المخلفات الصلبة والزيتية بصفة دورية، ومتابعة الأرصفة والساحات والشركات العاملة في الصب النظيف والصب غير النظيف وغيرها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إنشاء السجل الخاص بتسجيل المخلفات وكيفية التخلص منها، لبيان تأثير نشاط الهيئة على البيئة وفقاً لمتطلبات جهاز شئون البيئة، ومتابعة تحديثه أولاً الجهاز الإداري للدولة، أو قضاء مدة كلية من خارج الجهاز الإداري للدولة مقدارها <strong>16 عاماً على الأقل</strong> تتفق مع طبيعة عمل الوظيفة.</span></p>
