1. Operate, maintain and monitor systems (air conditioning – elevators – medical gases – fire alarm – fire fighting).<br>2. Prepare a monthly report on all systems and perform preventive maintenance.<br>3. Maintain and operate all water pumps in all buildings according to the maintenance plan.<br>4. Enter maintenance data and faults and preventive maintenance into the maintenance program daily.<br>5. Close monthly maintenance works and generate reports from the program and have the invoice signed by the Head of the Maintenance Sector.<br>6. Receive maintenance faults and direct technicians to them daily.<br>7. Supervise technicians and create a shift schedule and monitor attendance with the maintenance supervisor weekly.<br>8. Monitor maintenance of all fire stations daily.<br>9. Monitor maintenance and operation of ventilation fans, gas extraction and electrical panels daily.<br>10. Monitor operation and technical condition of diesel generators and prepare monthly reports on their status.<br>11. Follow daily and monthly maintenance works and coordinate with the client’s maintenance department.<br>12. Approve all company invoices and collection memos.<br>13. Follow up on the implementation of annual maintenance items by contractors with the maintenance administration and archive them.<br>14. Experience in maintenance work and facilities management (very necessary)<br>

The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvement, and supporting uninterrupted workshop operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system failures.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain and repair CNC lathes, threading machines, bucking units, welding machines, generators, compressors, and workshop equipment.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Perform fault diagnosis and coordinate major repairs with OEMs or specialized service providers when required.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor equipment performance.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts documentation.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate with Operations to minimize equipment downtime and maximize machine availability.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend stock levels for critical equipment.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and modification projects.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and safe maintenance practices.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites. On-site Inspection and Safety Management</p><p>• Labor / Industrial / Fire / Environment management at construction sites</p><p>• Fire prevention and disaster safety management at construction sites</p><p>• Communicate and coordinate with external Egyptian agencies (NPPA, Police, Fire Department, Hospital, etc.)</p><p>• Owners meetings, discussion on key matters related to HSE</p><p>• Responding to the customer’s safety point of view</p><p>• Manage corrective actions for safety nonconformities and supervise corrective actions</p><p>• Assist with preparing accident investigation reports</p><p>• Distribute and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety items, manage inventory, and support the local purchase of safety supplies</p><p>• Inspect safety facilities</p><p>2. Risk Assessment Management</p><p>• Review and manage Risk Assessments</p><p>3. Safety, Health Training and Road safety compliance</p><p>• Conduct HSE training for KHNP staff and subcontractor new employees</p><p>• Implement regular and special HSE training, and prepare for lectures</p><p>• Conduct regular and special road safety compliance check</p><p>4. Disaster Safety Management</p><p>• Conduct and support emergency response drill</p><p>• respond to on-site incidents</p>
