Job Description Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for woodworking products and workshop manufacturing requirements. Prepare technical drawings and production-ready designs for CNC machining. Generate CNC programs and optimize cutting paths for efficiency and material utilization. Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure accurate production according to specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings and design files. Conduct quality checks on finished products and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with production and workshop teams to improve manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot operational issues related to CNC machinery and production. Perform basic machine setup and calibration. <ul><li><p>Manage the translation of the projects program into applicable design over the complete project cycle from conception stage to construction.</p></li><li><p>Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Surveying and reviewing the BOQ for all mechanical items</p></li><li><p>Preparing budget for all the mechanical items.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring the quality standards for execution of designs at sites.</p></li><li><p>Giving technical supports during and after handover of the projects.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Proven working experience in Mechanical Engineering Design (Construction).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with 2D or 3D Engineering Design.</p></li><li><p>Previous Experience in a Construction is a must.</p></li><li><p>Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.</p></li><li><p>Technical writing skills.</p></li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li><p>Supervise and oversee all on-site electrical engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within overall project plans.</p></li><li><p>Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide installation and commissioning processes.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the progress of electrical works, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets and schedules.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and records of work performed and materials used.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.</p></li><li><p>Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems to clients and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in the construction field.</p></li><li><p>BSc degree in Electrical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Must have a solid knowledge about light current systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design</p></li><li><p>Strong Communication and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner</p></li><li><p>Technical writing skills</p></li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li>Work with owner and designer/architect to develop scope of work and design documents based on brand property improvement plans and field conditions.</li><li>Perform material and FF&amp;E take offs for procurement department purchasing.</li><li>Prepare RFP documents for bid solicitation from contractors and sub-contractors.</li><li>Organize, schedule and lead pre-construction meetings for upcoming projects.</li><li>Prepare Project schedule/timelines considering property available room counts, contractor availability/capability and materials and FF&amp;E delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with owner, contractors, &amp; property management.</li><li>Interact with property management and contractor’s superintendent to maintain project schedule and budget from start to completion of projects.</li><li>Establish project plan, manage progress and provide owner with timely updates on project.</li><li>Act as intermediary between field personnel and architect/designer in the resolution of project issues via management of the RFI process.</li><li>Facilitate project logistics at property for materials receiving/handling and timely disposal of project wastes and recycled materials.</li><li>Perform project punch inspections when necessary, oversee change order process and manage other project accounting functions working directly with accounts payable department.</li><li>Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to obtain permits and ensure compliance with all codes and requirements.</li></ul>
