Department: Design Department About the Role Archpix is expanding and seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Exterior Architectural Designer with extensive experience in Exterior Design and Architectural Visualization.⚠ Candidates must have proven experience in exterior architectural design projects. Applications without a strong exterior design portfolio will not be considered. We are looking for a professional who combines strong architectural thinking, refined aesthetics, and advanced visualization skills to create exceptional exterior environments.???? Key Responsibilities• Lead the development of exterior architectural concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. • Transform design concepts into high-quality visual presentations and realistic architectural visualizations. • Produce premium-quality renderings and presentation materials using industry-standard visualization tools. • Collaborate closely with architecture, interior design, supervision, and tendering teams to ensure design consistency and project alignment. • Present design concepts and communicate project visions effectively to clients and stakeholders. • Contribute to design development, innovation, and overall design quality across projects. • Experience producing architectural animations, walkthroughs, and motion presentations is considered a strong advantage.???? Required Qualifications & Skills• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Exterior Architectural Design and Visualization. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Proven expertise in advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural presentation. • Advanced proficiency in:3ds Max V-Ray Corona Renderer Lumion Revit Adobe Photoshop Or equivalent visualization tools • Strong design leadership, creativity, and understanding of contemporary architectural aesthetics. • Ability to lead design development and maintain high design quality standards. • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end exterior architectural design and visualization projects is mandatory. • Familiarity with UAE and Dubai architectural standards is a plus.????
