Job Purpose: The Site Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil works activities on site to ensure works are carried out safely, according to the defined schedule, and in compliance with the project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings. The role includes managing workforce productivity, tracking work progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.
