Daily operations: perform preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning, tightening, inspection) on electrical panels, motors, and sensors. Identify and repair electrical faults in production lines, conveyors, and processing equipment. Perform operational, maintenance, production, quality, or daily technical tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure equipment reliability, process stability, product quality, and safety compliance. Adhere to internal controls and segregate duties. Support export requirements and comply with food safety when needed. Assembly: assist in installing electrical equipment and new cables. Adjust control panels per engineer directives. Safety: strictly follow isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety rules. Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S). Documentation: record all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or work logs.
