The general manager of a group of companies is the highest executive leadership authority overseeing operational, strategic, and financial aspects of several affiliated companies. His responsibilities include directing strategic plans, managing budgets, aligning the performance of the companies with the group's objectives, and guiding senior management teams to achieve sustainable growth. Main tasks and responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Developing long- and short-term plans that ensure growth and expansion across all group-affiliates.
Operations Management: Supervising activities (feed, poultry, agricultural sector) and daily operations to ensure high-efficiency workflow in line with the highest quality standards.
Feed Plant Production Management: Overseeing plant managers to ensure efficient feed production lines (poultry, livestock) with the highest quality standards at the lowest cost.
Supply Chain and Procurement: Securing raw material sources (corn, soy, feed additives) globally and locally, and managing inventory efficiently.
Quality and Safety Management: Adopting strict policies for feed quality control and compliance with animal health and biosecurity standards.
Business Development and Sales: Opening new markets, supporting the sales team, and following up on collections and contracts.
Agricultural Management: Supervising production cycles, monitoring irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs to ensure crop quality.
Poultry Production Management: Full supervision of all sites (poultry farms) to ensure smooth operations in line with plans, and strict biosafety protocols to protect flocks from diseases, ensuring products meet global health standards.
Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance and managing the group’s overall budget, as well as analyzing financial reports to increase returns and reduce costs.
Team Leadership: Directing the staff to ensure smooth workflow and organization.
Risk Management: Identifying and assessing investment and operational risks, and developing proactive plans to address and overcome them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
Professional Experience: Extensive proven leadership experience in managing groups of companies or executive departments, not less than 15 years.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage teams and make sound decisions under pressure.
Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills and forecasting economic and market trends.
Administrative Skills: Negotiation and excellent communication skills, strong financial analysis and planning abilities.

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Director Department: Commercial Department Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Location: Sadat City, Monofia Job Purpose:The Real Estate Sales Director is a key senior leadership role responsible for steering the company’s entire sales organization to achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets. This position oversees both direct sales teams (including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants) and indirect channel partnerships (broker networks). The Sales Director collaborates closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to formulate dynamic sales strategies, expand market share, and maintain the company’s competitive edge within the high-end Egyptian real estate market. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning & Target Setting:· Collaborate with the CCO and executive management to define annual, quarterly, and monthly sales budgets, revenue targets, and KPI frameworks for the entire sales department.· Translate corporate business goals into actionable sales strategies tailored to different asset classes (residential, commercial, administrative, and medical) across primary Egyptian hotspots (e.g., Sadat City, Monofia, Bahira, and other markets).· Formulate pricing and inventory release strategies in coordination with the commercial and product development teams to maximize project profitability and absorption rates.2. Team Leadership & Management:· Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales hierarchy, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Consultants.· Drive recruitment, onboarding, continuous training, and career development programs to maintain a world-class sales force.· Establish robust performance management metrics, incentive structures, and commission schemes to motivate the team and foster a high-accountability culture.3. Channel Operations (Direct & Indirect Sales):· Optimize the efficiency of the Direct Sales team through advanced pipeline management, CRM tracking, and rigorous closing techniques.· Strengthen and expand strategic relationships with top-tier Brokerage/Agency networks (Indirect Sales) to secure a steady influx of high-net-worth clients and secondary market reach.· Oversee major property launch events, roadshows, and exhibitions (both local and international) to drive massive sales volumes.4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:· Conduct continuous market research and competitor benchmarking regarding pricing trends, payment plans, buyer behavior, and new product offerings in Egypt.· Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reports directly to the CCO and Board of Directors.· Identify potential market risks or gaps and proactively implement corrective action plans. Qualifications & Requirements:· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate certification is a strong plus.· Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., Sales Director / Head of Sales) managing large sales departments within Tier-1 real estate development companies in Egypt.· Market Knowledge: Deep, firsthand familiarity with the Egyptian real estate market dynamics, legal/regulatory frameworks, and key geographical zones i.e. Sadat City and close district of market shares.· Skills:o Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.o Outstanding negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills.
