Daily activities include conducting client meetings, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service for customers, while meeting individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about Met Life Egypt’s products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines to provide clear, compliant information to clients.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Proficiency in client relationship management, needs analysis, and consultative selling to offer tailored insurance and financial solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage potential and existing customers. Ability to manage time, organize sales activities, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, update customer information, and support hybrid work. Previous experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is preferred, with knowledge of life and health insurance products considered an advantage. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with resilience in meeting targets and adapting to changing market conditions. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is beneficial. Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English to communicate with a diverse customer base and internal stakeholders.

The role also involves building long-term client relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay current on products and regulatory requirements.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills to identify client needs, present solutions, and close policies effectively. Solid understanding of Insurance products and principles, including life, accident, and health coverage. Foundational Finance knowledge to explain financial planning concepts, premiums, benefits, and long-term value to clients. Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional follow-through. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both in-office and remote activities efficiently. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools. Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not strictly required. Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage. Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English are beneficial for communicating with clients and colleagues.
