The internship is not theoretical or a set of lectures only; it relies on actual work on the company’s services and products, communicating with potential clients, and participating in implementing marketing and sales campaigns under the supervision of the company team. Tasks and responsibilities: researching potential clients and target companies and studying target markets; preparing and organizing lists of qualified leads; professional communication with clients via LinkedIn, email, phone, and approved channels; identifying client needs and providing suitable OptimaTech services; following up with potential clients and arranging meetings with interested parties; assisting in preparing service proposals, presentations, and proposals; participating in campaigns for the company’s services and products; proposing content and promotional ideas; recording and tracking client activities using Google Sheets or CRM tools; preparing a weekly report on potential clients, meetings, and results; working according to clearly defined weekly tasks and goals with ongoing supervision and guidance. Training details: Duration: 3 months. Work system: fully remote. Required time: 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible schedule. Prior experience is not required. Rewards and commissions are linked to performance, results, and deals closed according to the company policy. No fixed monthly salary guaranteed during the training period. Trainee who adheres to requirements will receive a certificate of completion.
