Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.<br><br><br>More About This Role<br><br>What you need to know about this position:<br><br>Lead the IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) agenda for the site, providing support for all pillars. Manage the Plant Phase progression and IL6S Roadmap. Train and qualify Pillar leads and colleagues on CI/IL6S tools, techniques, and Standard Work Procedures (SWPs). Ensure adherence to our established Daily Management System (DMS) across departments. Manage Hoshin review meetings. Extract and provide data from the system to support IL6S activities and the DMS. Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions, and support the execution of new improvements. Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools to address identified losses and gaps. Collaborate with Managers, Coaches, and Operators to deliver required CI/IL6S initiatives in each area. Validate the benefits of improvements once implemented, support the creation of new standards, and qualify members in new working processes. Lead the Focused Improvement Pillar, enhancing Continuous Improvement capability across the organization. Conduct Loss Triangle analysis, productivity review meetings, and create loss maps across the lines. Deliver the current Gross/Net Productivity Plan with respective area leads, including a year-on-year Gross Productivity Plan and a 3-year Productivity Pipeline. Job description – Warehouse Assistant Wanted for a warehouse of a foreign clothing company, to assist in daily operations inside the warehouse, including: receiving goods and loading/unloading cartons. Moving, arranging and classifying products inside the warehouse. Preparing and assembling branch orders. Assisting the warehouse keeper in stocktaking and quantity checks.
