<li>Supervise daily learning and development operations and training schedules.</li>
<li>Ensure effective delivery of training programs in line with brand standards.</li>
<li>Guide and support People Development team members in training activities.</li>

<h4>Training planning & coordination</h4>

<li>Coordinate annual and monthly training plans with department heads.</li>
<li>Oversee preparation of training materials, venues, and attendance records.</li>
<li>Ensure timely execution of mandatory and departmental training.</li>

<h4>Training records & compliance</h4>

<li>Monitor accuracy of training matrices, LMS records, and development files.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and brand learning requirements.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits related to training and development.</li>

<h4>Induction & orientation</h4>
<ul>
<li>Supervise colleague induction and orientation programs.</li>
<li>Ensure completion of onboarding learning paths for all new hires.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-department participation for induction activities.</li>

<h4>Talent development & engagement</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support talent development, succession planning, and career programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate workshops, assessments, and development initiatives.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and engagement.</li>

<h4>Reporting & performance monitoring</h4>

<li>Prepare training performance reports, attendance statistics, and evaluations.</li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of experience in learning & development or HR roles, preferably in hospitality, with supervisory exposure.</p>
