Design and prepare High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for CCTV, Access Control (ACS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address (PA), Intrusion Detection, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to validate proposed solutions against site conditions. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical compliance sheets, and pricing in coordination with procurement and vendors. Liaise with OEMs/vendors (e.g., Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Axis, Genetec, Milestone, Johnson Controls, Siemens) to obtain technical support, pricing, and product certifications for proposals. Support sales engineers and account managers during client meetings with technical presentations and solution walkthroughs. Respond to technical clarifications (TQs) during the tender process and ensure full compliance with client specifications. Coordinate with project/implementation teams post-award to ensure design feasibility and smooth handover. Stay current on ELV industry standards, codes (NFPA, BS, IEC), and emerging technologies (IP-based surveillance, integrated security platforms, IoT-enabled BMS).<br>Required Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of experience in ELV/Light Current presales or design within a system integrator, MEP contractor, or consultancy. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, and BMS system design principles. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE) as most modern ELV systems are IP-based. Hands-on experience preparing technical proposals, BOQs, and compliance matrices for tenders. Proficiency in Auto CAD or similar design software for ELV layout drawings.<br>Preferred / Nice-to-Have<br>Vendor certifications (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision Certified Engineer). Senior Full-Stack Mobile App Developer<br>Location: New Cairo Egypt1 Year Renewable Contract About the Role We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Mobile App Developer to lead the end-to-end development of an internal enterprise mobile application. You will own the mobile frontend (React Native) and backend services (Django), delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions used by internal teams. Support administration of budgets of CO management projects, and functioning of an optimal cost-recovery system:</b><br> • Provide researched information for planning and status of financial resources of the CO.<br> • Prepare and modify budgets for UNDP management projects and Common Service projects.<br> • Assist in the preparation of required budget revisions (ensuring multiyear budget revision) within the unit at required period and timely securing of ASLs.<br> • Prepare timely cost-recovery/DPC bills in ERP for the services provided by UNDP, implement the revenue tracking system, and follow up on cost recovery.<br> </p><br> <p><b>3.) Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance unit:</b><br> • Support proper control of the supporting documents for payments invoices and proper document management including systematic archiving. <br> • Prepare financial reports for projects and management funds/budget balance; and prepare all types of invoices.<br> • Maintain the internal expenditures control system which ensures that invoices processed are matched and completed, transactions are correctly recorded and posted in ERP, and travel claims and other entitlements are duly processed.<br> • Coordinate and review allocated General Ledger and sub-ledger accounts and support timely project closure.<br> • Answer inquiries from UN agencies with supporting documents and take timely corrective actions on erroneous data in ERP and on unposted invoices, including the invoices with validation errors, match exceptions, and/or unapproved invoices. Prepare financial reports as required. Provide timely response to HQ requests to resolve financial data issues. <br> • Maintain the Accounts Receivables for UNDP projects.<br> • Ensure timely recording, reconciliation, and submission of VAT claims to the relevant TAX authority and following up on VAT reimbursements.<br> </p><br> <p><b>4.) Ensure proper CO cash and Treasury management functioning:</b><br> • Timely review of cash position for local accounts to ensure sufficient funds for disbursements and maintain liquidity level approved by Treasury.
