Overview<br><br>We are seeking a qualified and proactive QC and Food Safety coordinator to ensure compliance with quality food safety standards and procedures across production and storage areas. The role focuses on maintaining product quality and safety, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Carry out and record chemical and physical, microbiological laboratory testing of products both work in progress and finish products by following the correct methods of analysis and SOPs. Chemical and physical, microbiological testing for all the raw and packaging materials to be released. Responsible for the waste water analysis . Implementing the hold and release procedure. Perform and record internal calibration check of the lab equipment and instruments as per the required intervals. Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports showing the Weak Link performance Participate in investigations into product issues, customer complaints. Following and ensuring Global Pepsi Co Standards "GEHSMS” compliance. Escalate problems to the attention of Lab supervisor, in addition to providing advice on quality issues.
