<p>Foundational Services - Core Business Services FDS CBS QA group is looking for outstanding candidates to fulfill the position of QA Software Development Engineers in test (SDETs) Our SDETs team is responsible for the testing, evaluation, and validation of all our applications and services. We re responsible for the development of all test cases and test tools to ensure the functionality and compatibility of our products. We re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test plans and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment. As a SDET, you will drive testing initiatives across the Foundational technologies software suite. You will complement development-based testing (Unit & Integration) by providing additional test layers including component, end-to-end, system and exploratory. We re looking for someone with a passion for doing the right thing the right way. Main Responsibilities: Design, Develop and execute automation test plan objectives prioritizing quality. Work with development team to strategize testing, plan release activities and deliverables. Build and/or maintain test automation architecture, designs and implementations. Be a knowledge expert on automation infrastructure, test orchestration and execution. Analyze automated test results, provide continuous status, and defect reporting. Participate in code reviews and enforce code quality standards. Engage with the entire Engineering team to assist in development and testing objectives. Developing and maintaining suites of automated tests ranging from low-level integration tests to system-wide functional regression testing. Identifying, diagnosing, reporting, and assisting developers in resolving defects. Improving product requirements and specifications, providing a testing perspective. Writing and maintaining test plans and test cases for new and existing features. Work as part of a team, sense of urgency, attention to details and quality, good team player. Strong motivation to learn new things and embrace change. Required skills, knowledge and experience: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field. 1-5 years of experience in Quality & Test Automation. Very good Experience in API testing & Selenium. Solid Knowledge in software test automation tools like: ROBOT automation framework. QF-Test Java applications automation testing tool. Froglogic Squish for Windows/Qt Application. Key Responsibilities Lead the selection, qualification, and development of local Egyptian suppliers to meet the 67–75% local content targets Conduct supplier audits (process, product, and system audits) to evaluate capabilities, capacity, and quality systems against IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements Manage the complete APQP process for new components and assemblies Oversee PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions and approvals, including dimensional reports, material certifications, and process capability studies Lead 8D investigations and structured problem-solving (5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC) for supplier quality issues Track and report supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, defect rates, first-pass yield) and implement improvement plans Issue and track Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) through closure and verification Monitor and improve supplier quality performance, including quality, delivery, PPM, and cost-of-poor-quality indicators Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams (Production, Logistics, R&D, Purchasing) Identify opportunities for waste elimination, localization, and cost reduction Conduct supplier readiness assessments before new model builds Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering.3+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or localization within the automotive industry Good knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and 8D methodology Practical experience in supplier audits, supplier development, process validation, and manufacturing processes Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&TProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Fluency in English and Arabic—written and spoken Preferred Experience with CKD/SKD operations and localization projects Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques Experience with electric vehicle component quality SAP experience Existing network within Egypt's automotive supplier base Supervisory or team leadership experience What We Offer Be part of a landmark automotive localization project in Egypt targeting 67%+ local content Hands-on role building Egypt's automotive supply chain from the ground up with a legendary international brand Opportunity to work with international quality standards and global best practices Career growth and leadership opportunities Competitive compensation package

<p>Overview Perform Water treatment, syrup, on-line testing and finished product SAP virtual activities. Responsibilities Perform quality control tests and record results for treated and untreated water as per MCP. Follow up on syrup mixing, preparation, and batching, ensuring strict adherence to PI formula cards and beverage documents. Perform all QC checks to ensure syrup batches comply with quality standards. Conduct routine analytical online testing according to the predetermined sampling plan to ensure finished beverages meet quality standards. Monitor and record Brix, CO₂, acidity (TA), and net content, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality within Pepsi specifications. Operate proportioning equipment (mixers) and maintain accurate records. Monitor and record test results, packaging and empty bottle tests, and physical analysis, including Brix, CO₂, acidity (TA), and net content. Make necessary adjustments to product batches and processes when operating conditions fall outside normal ranges. Test finished products and final packages against quality parameters, analyze results, and take appropriate action. Initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective actions. Use analytical instruments such as Carbo-QC, Densitometer, pH Meter, Refractometer, Torque Tester, and Secure Seal Tester. Log and track online sample testing results. Place products and packages that fall outside the specified quality ranges on hold for further testing or review. Lead line sanitation and deep-cleaning activities as needed, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of production lines before startup and during production. Ensure microbiological samples are collected and plated from all production lines after full sanitation (5-step CIP). Meet plant-agreed quality targets related to production lines based on monthly CORK G3D results. Verify manufacturing KPIs. Ensure safe operation within the assigned area of responsibility. Ensure the production of safe products and application of key food safety attributes within the assigned area. Ensure treated water parameters comply with PepsiCo standards. Ensure finished goods are transferred to the virtual warehouse and PepsiCo DCs. Ensure raw and packaging materials are received according to the required standards. Perform any other duties as assigned by area management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science or Agriculture. 0–2 years of experience in Quality Operations; experience in the food industry is an added advantage. Strong communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure. Good command of MS Office applications. Acceptable written and spoken English. Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of a laboratory environment.</p> </div>
