Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close Governance: Lead assigned month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions. Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools, templates, reconciliations, and ways of working. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field Strong experience in finance, accounting, control, reporting, audit, or related financial governance roles. Solid understanding of financial statements, balance sheet controls, reconciliations, accounting principles, and reporting cycles. Experience working in a multinational or FMCG environment is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify risks, and recommend practical actions. Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority. High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. <ul><li><p>Define and manage the overall distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with Go-To-Market objectives and cascading priorities, targets, and execution plans to distribution partners.</p></li><li><p>Execute sales objectives and plans, ensuring effective distribution management, stock availability, healthy Sales-In and Sales-Out, and collection efficiency across institutional and retail sectors.</p></li><li><p>Monitor strategic account plans developed by the Field Force team, ensuring strong execution and achievement of sales growth, coverage, and availability targets.</p></li><li><p>Manage commercial negotiations with key wholesalers and distributors, including pricing, discount structures, payment terms, and strategic partnerships in line with company policies.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular performance reviews, market insights, and recommendations to support business decisions and continuous improvement of the distribution model.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in Key Account Management, Distribution Management, or Commercial roles.</p></li><li><p>Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Good analytical and reporting capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and relationship management skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.</p></li></ul><p></p>
