<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a programme delivery lead to drive the delivery and governance of multiple large-scale, high-complexity programmes within the UK IT & digital landscape. The role focuses on managing business demand, overseeing CAPEX-funded initiatives, and enabling business growth through effective delivery and lean governance practices. The individual will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, working across cross-functional teams, technologies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation and technology capability enhancements.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards</li>
<li>Develop and own integrated project plans, consolidating inputs across Agile and delivery teams including sprint, scrum, testing, integration, and release</li>
<li>Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), ensuring adherence to milestones and delivery commitments</li>

<li>Govern the effective use of Azure DevOps, ensuring consistent utilisation of dashboards, plans, and delivery roadmaps</li>

<li>Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, including system integrators and third-party partners</li>

<h4>Who you are</h4>

<li>Egyptian national currently residing in Egypt</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience (typically 7+ years) delivering complex ICT programmes end-to-end</li>
<li>Certified in PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner</li>
<li>Knowledge of application and software development lifecycle methodologies</li>
<li>Experience leading transformation initiatives and managing cross-cultural, matrixed teams</li>
<li>Strong leadership capability with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams in both direct and indirect reporting structures</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, with strong data visualisation and presentation skills</li>
<li>MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior audiences</li>

Purpose Responsible for making travel arrangements for employees and clients and providing the best flight and accommodation options in line with budgetary guidelines and the firm’s travel and expensepolicy.<br>Responsibilities Handle business travel arrangements for employees and clients.
