- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales plans.
- Monitor execution of the production plan and ensure adherence to set timelines.
- Continuous coordination between production, warehouses, purchasing, and quality to ensure materials availability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports, analyze variances, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitor production capacity and production lines and work on improving utilization and reducing waste.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and materials needed for production.
- Contribute to improving planning processes and increasing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Sciences, or any suitable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in planning and production in the food industry.
- Must have strong experience or knowledge of the instant noodles industry, considered a key requirement for the job.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
- ERP system experience is preferred.
- Strong skills in analysis, organization, and planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
