<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Supervise day to day activities of the production process in the liquid Area with ensuring strict implementation of the GMP &amp; HSE rules and fulfill the production plan.</p><p>Supervising operators in liquid Area during the production process, assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.</p><p>Coaching of the pharmacists and Supervisors</p><p>Responsible for new projects and Validation processes</p><p>Aligning with Quality team and Engineering all the calibration and preventive maintenance activities in liquid Area</p><p>Ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of liquids department weekly production plan.</p><p>Prevention of mix-up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes.</p><p>Updating / Creating SOPs.</p><p>Reporting any deviation occurring during manufacturing processes.</p><p>Training new operators on different operations.</p><p>Collection and Review of the batch manufacturing records.</p><p>Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process</p><p>Assuring complied environmental monitoring to start manufacturing (differential pressures, temperature, and humidity) during the process.</p><p>Check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs approved by the Quality Assurance Department.</p><p>Respect of company values, code of ethics and Social charter.</p><p>HSE &amp; Energy Role:</p><p>1.
