أهداف الوظيفة:يتولى مشرف الموقع (Site Supervisor) مسؤولية إدارة ومتابعة الأنشطة التشغيلية وأعمال الإنشاءات اليومية في مواقع مشاريع Breadfast المكلّف بها. ويضمن تنفيذ جميع أعمال الإنشاءات المدنية، والأعمال الإنشائية، والتشطيبات، وأعمال الـ MEP (الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة) وفقًا للمخططات الفنية المعتمدة، ومواصفات الجودة، وإرشادات ومعايير السلامة الصارمة.ويعمل مشرف الموقع كحلقة وصل مباشرة بين الإدارة الهندسية وفرق العمل بالموقع، حيث يتولى الإشراف على عمالة المقاولين من الباطن، بالإضافة إلى تنسيق عمليات استلام ونقل وتخزين المواد يوميًا.المهام والمسؤوليات:إدارة وتنسيق أعمال التنفيذ اليومية في المواقع المكلّف بها، بما يشمل أعمال الإنشاءات، والتجديدات، والتركيبات.إجراء جولات تفتيش مستمرة بالموقع للتأكد من جودة التنفيذ، واكتشاف أي أعمال غير مطابقة للمواصفات في مراحل مبكرة، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية.متابعة عمليات توريد المواد اليومية، ومراقبة مستويات المخزون بالموقع، والتأكد من تخزين المواد والتعامل معها بالشكل الصحيح لمنع تلفها أو فقدانها.إعداد سجلات يومية دقيقة للموقع تتضمن تقدم الأعمال، والظروف الجوية، واستخدام المعدات، وأعداد عمالة المقاولين من الباطن، وأي تأخيرات في التنفيذ.تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) بشكل صارم، والتأكد من التزام جميع العاملين بالموقع باستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية المطلوبة (PPE) بشكل مستمر.تنسيق أنشطة الموقع مع المقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية المعنية، لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا للمخططات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية المحددة.رفع تقارير دورية إلى مهندس الموقع الأول (Senior Site Engineer) تتضمن نسب الإنجاز الفعلية، ومشكلات الموقع، وأي نقص في الموارد، لدعم اتخاذ القرارات بشكل استباقي.المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة:الحصول على دبلوم فني/شهادة ثانوية صناعية (قسم مدني) أو مؤهل ذي صلة في مجال فني مناسب.الإلمام بأساسيات ومبادئ الهندسة المعمارية.خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإشراف على المواقع، ويفضل أن تكون في مشروعات الإنشاءات التجارية، أو أعمال تجهيز وتجديد المحلات (Retail Fit-out)، أو تطوير المنشآت الصناعية.خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف المباشر على فرق المقاولين من الباطن، والعمالة الفنية المتخصصة، والعمالة بالموقع.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 2</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>

Experience: at least 15 years | Age: not exceeding 45 | Field: luxury finishes and constructions | Job purpose: Supervise the implementation of architectural works and luxury finishes on sites, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards, with coordination of concreting and related structural works. Main responsibilities: - Full supervision of architectural works and luxury finishes on site. - Monitor implementation stages and ensure conformity of works with drawings and technical specifications. - Supervise interior and exterior finishes, including floors, walls, ceilings, paints, carpentry, aluminum, and facades. - Monitor quality of execution and ensure highest levels of finishing, especially in luxury projects. - Monitor on-site concreting works and ensure they are carried out according to drawings and specifications, with intermediate experience in concrete works. - Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical works to avoid conflicts during execution. - Review completed works and hand over items from contractors and technical workforce. - Supervise contractors and workforce on site and distribute tasks according to the work plan. - Track progress rates and ensure adherence to the project schedule. - Inventory and monitor required materials and ensure proper usage. - Detect and follow up on any problems or defects in execution and resolve them in coordination with the engineering management. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site. - Prepare periodic reports on progress, completion rates, and implementation notes.
