Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with the development team to drive resolution and optimisation.<br>Microsoft Dynamics 365 QALead QA efforts for implementations and customisations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring all workflows, plugins, and integrations function as intended. Validate custom entities, business rules, and D365 integrations against functional and technical specifications.<br>Test Automation & Defect Management Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks, including UI testing automation. Manage test data creation and conduct database validation using SQL. Identify, log, and track software defects in Azure Dev Ops, including clear and detailed documentation of UI/UX issues. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure thorough test coverage across all project phases.<br><br>Candidate Profile:Education & Location Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience considered. Based in Egypt, with availability for ad hoc office visits for team meetings and company events. ISTQB or other relevant QA certification is a plus.<br>Experience & Technical Knowledge5+ years of hands-on QA experience in web application and website testing, with deep knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing methodologies. <p>The Tax Accountant is responsible for managing and preparing tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities in accordance with Egyptian tax regulations. Follow professional telephone etiquette/social media handling techniques and work policies to efficiently address various customer needs & concerns. </p><br><p>2. Handle inbound interactions received on CIB official social media platforms in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and good image for the bank by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to followers.</p><br><p>3. Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone calls interaction that improve the call average handling time/ interactions average response time.</p><br><p>4. Liaise with other departments to ensure proper closure of pending customers inquires/requests. </p><br><p>5. Ensure high service quality during inbound/outbound calls interactions, and handle customer’s complaints according to the Contact Center approved standards to maintain customer satisfaction.</p><br><p>6. Update customer records with details of the inquiry and the response ensure accuracy and availability of Customer records.</p><br><p>7. Post content on CIB official social media platforms (if needed) & within the agreed quality levels to maintain customer satisfaction.</p><br><p>Policies, Processes and Procedures</p><br><p>8.
