You’ll work alongside our wider marketing, creative and e-commerce teams to turn promotions, product launches and customer behaviour into effective email campaigns that generate measurable revenue.<br>What you'll be doing Take day-to-day ownership of Klaviyo across our UK brands. Plan, build and send email marketing campaigns from start to finish. Build, manage and continually optimise automated Klaviyo flows. Create customer segments based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement and lifecycle stage. Develop campaign calendars around promotions, launches, seasonal events and commercial targets. Write and optimise subject lines, preview text, messaging and calls to action for UK customers. Brief and work with graphic designers on email creative. Build emails directly within Klaviyo and ensure they display correctly across desktop and mobile. Develop and improve flows including welcome, abandoned checkout, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, cross-sell and customer retention. Run A/B tests across subject lines, offers, creative, messaging, timing and segmentation. Monitor deliverability, list health and engagement. Analyse campaign and flow performance, including revenue, conversion rate, click rate and other key metrics. Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases, retention and customer lifetime value. Report results and recommendations to the wider marketing team.<br>What we're looking for Strong professional Klaviyo experience – essential. Previous professional experience creating email marketing specifically for UK consumers – essential. Proven experience personally building campaigns and automated flows inside Klaviyo. Strong e-commerce email marketing experience. Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and customer lifecycle marketing. Experience using email marketing to generate measurable e-commerce revenue. Strong understanding of deliverability and list health. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation. Ability to analyse Klaviyo data and turn it into actions. Strong understanding of UK consumer behaviour, promotions, language and purchasing habits. Purpose of the job:To strengthen One Health’s collaboration with AXA Egypt by facilitating sales initiatives that directly contribute to improving burning cost & loss ratio performance. The AXA Sales Specialist serves as the key liaison between One Health & AXA’s sales & CRD teams, ensuring alignment, visibility, & commercial synergy across shared accounts.
