Purpose Of The Job: Own the audio subsystem of an automotive In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) head unit end to end — from source applications, through the audio framework, routing and mixing layers, down to the amplifier and DSP — under automotive constraints: hard latency budgets, multi-zone routing, safety-relevant chimes and start-up time targets. The target platform is a QNX-based head unit on Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive silicon (SA8155P / SA8295P class), with processing offloaded to the on-chip Hexagon audio DSP and external amplifiers reached over I2S/TDM and A2B. The platform is virtualized, so audio streams cross guest OS boundaries under a hypervisor. The role is hands-on, with direct exposure to OEM and Tier-1 stakeholders, acoustics teams and platform architects.
Key Responsibilities:Design, implement and integrate the audio software stack of a QNX-based IVI head unit: audio HAL and framework layers, audio policy, routing, mixing, ducking and volume control. Own the application-processor-to-DSP boundary: audio topologies, calibration data flow, and the processing chain running on the Hexagon audio DSP. Bring up and maintain audio hardware paths — codecs, amplifiers and external DSPs — over I2S/TDM, A2B, SPDIF and Automotive Ethernet (AVB/TSN). Implement and tune multi-zone, multi-source use cases: media, navigation prompts, telephony, voice assistant, warning chimes and AVAS. Own audio latency and synchronization: buffer sizing, sample-rate conversion, A/V sync, g PTP/PTP, and elimination of underruns and overruns. Route audio across guest OS boundaries on the virtualized platform, managing the latency and priority consequences. Integrate speech front-end processing (microphone arrays, AEC, beamforming, noise suppression) and Bluetooth audio profiles (A2DP, HFP, LE Audio / LC3). Define, measure and automate audio KPIs; debug intermittent field and integration issues across application, framework, driver and hardware. Support OEM acoustic tuning teams and interface with Tier-1 suppliers and silicon vendors on requirements, issue triage and release readiness. Technical Requirements:5+ years in embedded software development, at least 3 of them on audio subsystems. Proven QNX experience — io-audio, QSA and the QNX Multimedia Framework (MMF). Hands-on Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive experience (SA8155P / SA8295P class): audio bring-up, board support and vendor SDK usage. Working knowledge of the Qualcomm audio framework (Audio Reach / Elite): audio topologies, calibration data and the application-processor-to-DSP interface. Automotive audio DSP experience on Hexagon a DSP — or ADI SHARC, Cirrus Logic, TI C6x/C7x or DSP Concepts Audio Weaver — including fixed-point implementation and latency/MIPS budgeting. Delivery within an automotive program environment: requirements traceability, change management and formal releases. Strong C and C++ (C++14/17) in resource-constrained embedded environments; Python for tooling and test automation. Digital audio fundamentals: sampling, fixed- and floating-point processing, FIR/IIR filtering, resampling, mixing, gain staging and codec formats. Audio hardware interfaces (I2S/TDM, A2B, SPDIF); able to read schematics, datasheets and register maps. Latency and synchronization analysis; root-causing underruns and overruns. Lab debugging: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/Lauterbach and audio analyzers. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Android platform or application development in embedded contexts Exposure to functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434, UN R155/R156) Clear technical communication with non-audio specialists; effective in customer-facing design reviews. Hypervisor virtualization (QNX Hypervisor, Xen); a second audio stack (Android Automotive or embedded Linux); ANC/RNC; ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE; acoustics or sound tuning background.

We’re Hiring: Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React) – Remote, Egypt

At Globant, we are working to make the world a better place, one step at a time. We enhance business development and enterprise solutions to prepare them for a digital future. With a diverse and talented team present in more than 30 countries, we are strategic partners to leading global companies in their business process transformation.

We are seeking a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React) who shares our passion for innovation and high-velocity engineering. Operating embedded alongside product teams in an AI-agentic delivery workflow, you will bridge technical decision-making with hands-on full-stack development making key architectural choices, validating AI-generated code, and shipping resilient .NET, React, and integrated solutions directly to production.

1. Role Summary

This role owns end-to-end delivery on a highly transactional booking platform serving 8 markets in 2 languages. You take features from technical solutioning to production across the full stack: React/TypeScript frontends, the .NET services and BFF, and the booking, payments and loyalty integrations underneath.

You work embedded with the Product team inside an agentic delivery workflow. By the time a feature reaches you, requirements and designs have already been analysed against the current codebase by AI agents, and you get a mapped impact and a set of implementation options with pros and cons. Your job is to challenge that analysis, make the final technical decision, and implement it across the stack yourself.

The role is hands-on and autonomous. You're expected to get productive quickly in an existing codebase, decide within your scope without waiting to be unblocked, and escalate only the decisions that really need it. What we value most is judgement about when to trust, verify or rewrite what they produce.

2. We are headquartered in Riyadh, with teams in Cairo, Hamburg and Bahrain, and we go to market alongside partners such as ELM, IBM, Red Hat and stc.

Our customers do not want a demo. They want an AI system running inside their environment, on their data, in their dialect, and delivering results by next quarter. That is this role.
The Role
As an AI Solution Engineer, you work directly with our customers. You do not hand work off to a delivery team after the sale. You embed with the customer's people, learn how their operations actually run, and ship production AI into their stack: their telephony, their CRM, their ERP, their on-prem data center.

You do the work of an engineer, a consultant and a product owner at the same time. You are comfortable with REST and event-driven APIs, SQL, Docker and Kubernetes, and Linux.

Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompt design, RAG, embeddings and vector stores, function and tool calling, agent frameworks, and evaluation. You know where LLMs fail and how to design around those failures.

Enterprise integration experience. You have connected systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

The ability to explain a system architecture to an engineer and its business value to an executive in the same meeting.

Native or fluent Arabic and fluent English. You will work in both, in writing and in the room.

High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
About the job

Cosmic AC is Tether Data's GPU compute and managed inference platform: GPU containers, managed inference endpoints and platform observability, delivered as a self-hosted package on Kubernetes, with a control plane written in JavaScript.
Job description

About The Role
Today, roughly 40% of all transactions on the Egyptian Exchange flow through Thndr. Every one of those trades has to be funded, and every pound, dirham, or soon riyal, a user makes has to be money they can actually take back out. Money has to move, into accounts, out to banks, between our own books and the market, accurately and on time, every single time. That is the Money Movements team.

We move more than 1 billion EGP every day across hundreds of thousands of individual movements, and the figure we care about most is how many of them go wrong, which we work relentlessly to keep as close to zero as possible. We connect directly to banks, payment gateways, and payment providers, settle with the exchanges and asset managers, and write and maintain our own backoffice across Egypt and the UAE. Underpinning all of it is our own in-house ledger, built on TigerBeetle, a bleeding-edge financial database that gives us the correctness and throughput this domain demands. We do this across two markets today, with Saudi Arabia coming next.

This is a sensitive system. When money is in motion, uptime and correctness are not nice-to-haves, they are the entire job. A delayed settlement, a double credit, or a balance that does not reconcile is never just a bug, it is real money belonging to real people. You would be working alongside some of our strongest engineers on problems that are unusually hard and unusually consequential, owning systems that the rest of the platform quietly depends on.

What You'll Do
• Design, build, and operate the services that move money in and out of Thndr, including deposits, withdrawals, settlement, and reconciliation, across Egypt and the UAE.

• Own the correctness and reliability of these systems end to end. Money that flows through your code has to land in the right place, in the right amount, every time.

• Build and maintain integrations with banks, payment gateways, payment providers, and asset managers, and handle the messy realities that come with them: timeouts, partial failures, retries, and the occasional provider that goes down at the worst possible moment.

• Raise the bar on quality and operational discipline, with strong observability, sensible on-call, thorough testing, and systems that fail safely when something goes wrong.

• Partner closely with our finance and operations teams, and help bring the same connectivity and rigor to Saudi Arabia as we expand.

What You'll Need
• A strong track record of designing, shipping, and operating reliable backend systems in production, used by large numbers of people.

• Real depth in distributed systems, and a clear understanding of what it takes to keep them correct under load and under failure.

• Comfort owning systems end to end, from design through production and on-call. You care not just about writing the code, but about how it behaves at 3am.

• Familiarity with our stack, or the confidence to get there quickly: Python, C#, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, and Redis.

• A high bar for correctness and operational discipline. You understand what it means to run a system where a mistake has real consequences for real people.

• A clear, candid communicator who can hold their own with other engineers and work closely with the finance and operations teams who rely on what you build.

• Strong debugging skills. When a balance is off by 50 cents across a million transactions, you can find the real cause, not just a quick fix.

Who Are We?
Thndr was founded on a bold dream to democratize access to investing through smart tech and human-centric design. This is simply our way of saying we give anyone with a smartphone the simple and easy access they need to preserve and grow their wealth. At the same time, we’re shaping the future of investing while actively driving the economies we serve by promoting local investment products.

History has shown that investing is the single greatest way to build long-term wealth, but before Thndr, only a very small percentage of people had access to it due to:

High barriers to entry — In the form of excessive minimum account balances, complex, outdated onboarding, and low financial literacy.

Irrelevant experience — Catered toward expert traders and financial specialists, therefore alienating the majority of the population.

Fragmented offering — Investment products were not gathered in a single, intuitive outlet.

We don't just talk about change, we deliver it.
