<p>A large multipurpose marine terminal on Egypt's coast is hiring a Marine & Berth Operations Manager to lead all vessel, berth, equipment, and operator activity across its deep-water quay. Senior Collector<p>About the Role</p><br><p>The Senior Collector is responsible for executing KONE's customer credit management, collection, and dispute management activities.</p><br><p>The Senior Collector deploys credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, collections are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum, and arrears are economically collected. The role executes the collection strategy, ensures the dispute management routing is fit for purpose for local conditions in alignment with global guidelines, and ensures that bad debt provisions and write-offs are processed according to the defined rules.</p><br><p>The Senior Collector works closely with the BPO partner, Frontline Customer Service & Admin (CS&A), and the upstream organization.</p><br><p>Senior Collector is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) role by default. The candidate should have strong development and production troubleshooting/problem-solving skills , with the ability to investigate complex issues across microservices, workflows, messaging systems, APIs, and databases. Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Node.js / TypeScript . Develop and support REST/GraphQL APIs and system integrations. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Camunda workflows , preferably Camunda. Investigate failed or stuck workflows, workers, incidents, and process execution issues. Develop and troubleshoot messaging integrations using RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus . Investigate production issues across APIs, microservices, workflows, queues, databases, and external integrations. Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent technical solutions.
