Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based at Re3aya Pharmacy in New Cairo. The Pharmacist will dispense and verify prescription and OTC medications, review prescriptions for accuracy and safety, and counsel patients on proper use, side effects, and interactions. Responsibilities include supporting weight management and metabolic health programs, advising on nutritional supplements, and recommending appropriate skin, hair, and wellness products. The role involves performing medication reconciliation, checking for contraindications, and maintaining accurate patient and inventory records. The Pharmacist will also help implement clinical and customer service standards, participate in health education initiatives, and collaborate with the team to improve pharmacy workflows and patient outcomes. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist in Egypt with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent); completion of internship or prior community pharmacy experience is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge in prescription and OTC medications, including dosage, indications, contraindications, and drug–drug interactions. Ability to provide patient-centered counseling on medication adherence, chronic disease management, and safe self-care practices. Experience or strong interest in weight management, metabolic health support, and evidence-based nutritional supplementation. Familiarity with dermatological, haircare, and wellness products, with the ability to recommend suitable options based on patient needs. Proficiency in using pharmacy software, maintaining accurate records, and managing inventory and stock rotation. Excellent communication and active listening skills in both Arabic and English, with a clear and respectful approach to diverse patients.
