We're looking for a Shipping Quality Engineer.<br>Key Responsibilities Pre-Shipment Inspection Verify that product presentation meets approved specifications, including pallet stacking patterns and the correct number of securing straps. Check pallet seals for integrity and compliance. Confirm carton label accuracy, covering size, grade, production date, and traceability code. Container & Food Safety Checks Inspect container cleanliness and confirm it meets quality, health, and food safety requirements before loading begins. Install data loggers inside containers and track temperature readings for the full duration of the shipment. Temperature Control & Pre-Cooling Confirm containers are pre-cooled to the temperature specified by the customer, logging readings both before and during loading. Documentation & Reporting Record complete container data: arrival time for loading, end time of loading, and the plate number of the transporting vehicle. Document product type, grade, size specifications, and destination country. Compile the final shipment report and log all relevant data in the QA shipment records. Shelf-Life Monitoring Collect shelf-life samples and hand them over to the lab for ongoing tracking of product changes over time. Loading Supervision Oversee pallet loading inside containers to prevent packaging or product damage during transit.<br>Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping/export quality, preferably within the food manufacturing sector. Solid understanding of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, ISO 22000). Familiarity with international export requirements and cold chain logistics. Preferably a resident of El Faiyum.
