<li>Take E2E ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital projects.</li>
<li>Take the role of agile Scrum Master and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.</li>
<li>Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.</li>
<li>Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices; ensure consistent best practices are applied across the work streams.</li>
<li>Ensure the correct setup & usage of CDI tools for projects & ensure project documentations are up to date for every sprint.</li>
<li>Manage stakeholders and vendor interfaces as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.</li>
</ul><br><br><b>Competencies & Qualifications</b>
<br><ul>
<li>Understanding of IT technologies & architecture.</li>
<li>Strong interest & skills in software development for internet, mobile and/or communications technology</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills in English (both written and spoken)</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing complex software projects with agile methodology.</li>
<li>Certified Scrum Master with ability to manage multiple projects comfortably.</li>
<li>English (B2 or above)</li>
