Role Description The Sales Supervisor role at Nama is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Sales Supervisor oversees daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for growth in products such as raw materials, equipment, and services. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, supporting the training and development of sales team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and support decision-making. Proven team management abilities, including supervising, motivating, and developing sales staff. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships in industrial markets. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders. Experience in training and coaching team members to enhance sales performance and product knowledge. Background in B2B or industrial sales; experience with raw materials, equipment, or engineering services is an advantage.
