Fortress Holding Group is seeking an experienced and highly responsible Senior Accountant/Financial Controller to join our administrative office in New Cairo, Egypt. This is a group-level finance position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial control, reporting, and financial operations of Fortress Holding Group and its subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the finance function, establish strong financial controls, and provide management with accurate and timely financial information. Polaris Parks is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Accountant (Residential) to join its Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily treasury operations, optimizing cash flow, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring efficient liquidity management while supporting the financial operations of our residential business.<br>Key Requirements5–7 years of experience in treasury or cash management, preferably within the real estate or residential property development sector. Proven experience in cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and payment execution. Strong experience in banking coordination, cash management, and credit facility administration. Solid understanding of treasury controls, financial policies, and audit compliance. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including cash flow modeling and financial analysis. Good command of the English language. Must reside in or near 6th of October City.
