Manufacturing Costing, Inventory & Margin Control</strong></p><p>· Develop and maintain reliable costing for manufactured/assembled products, imported components and traded items, including material cost, landed cost, freight/customs where applicable and approved production/overhead allocations.</p><p>· Monitor raw materials, imported components, work-in-process where applicable and finished-goods inventory; investigate stock variances, negative stock, aged inventory and slow-moving items.</p><p>· Review BOM/product cost data and manufacturing cost variances in coordination with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and ERP teams.</p><p>· Perform periodic gross-margin and contribution analysis by product family, project, customer and order; highlight margin leakage and unusual cost movements.</p><p>· Lead or supervise physical inventory counts and ensure timely reconciliation between warehouse records and finance records.</p><p> </p><p><strong>3.
