<p>He shall have background in civil engineering with experience in design and management of infrastructure project such as (Large Water Transmission Systems, Treatment Plants, etc…) As a PPP Expert, he shall be leading from Opportunity (proposal stage) till project awarding , execution & operation . He will be the PPP expert, advising the PM/DM and all involved team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, and oversight, and ensuring that all work is performed as per the requirements.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience.
