Egyptian Labour Law Compliance: The role is governed by Egyptian Labour Law and ACCBC HR Policy for all people management activities including discipline, leave, grievances, and onboarding.<br>Key Roles and Responsibilities<br>A. Sales Target Achievement• Agree on sales, prices, contracts, and payment terms with customers in line with ACCBC Credit and Collection Policy.• Promote new products and special deals to the assigned customer base, maximising volume and distribution opportunities.• Overcome customer objections through structured negotiation and solution-oriented engagement.• Monitor each sales representative’s daily target achievement against plan and take corrective action where required.• Ensure both qualitative and quantitative monthly targets are achieved across the assigned area.<br>B. Daily Sales Team Meeting & Planning• Open the daily sales team meeting with a review of the previous day’s results by sales person, by outlet, and by KPI.• Communicate and agree daily targets by sales person, by outlet, and by KPI.• Discuss and agree the action plan for each sales representative for the day ahead.• Coach and resolve operational challenges raised by the team during the daily briefing.• Secure each team member’s commitment to their daily sales targets before deployment.• Check the cleanliness and presentation of team uniforms before the start of the day.• Ensure all team members have their Playbook, completed daily plans, and Journey Plans before leaving.• Motivate the team and reinforce a positive, results-focused energy at the start of each working day.<br>C. Reporting & Sales Intelligence• Provide regular feedback on sales trends, customer behaviour, and market developments to the Sales Manager.• Complete all reporting requirements accurately and within agreed timelines, including daily sales reports and KPI submissions.• Analyse area performance data and share structured insights with the Sales Manager to support commercial planning.<br>D. Responsibilities, Planning & Compliance• Develop and apply self-learning to continuously improve personal and team commercial effectiveness.• Demonstrate sound decision-making in field situations and escalate decisions outside authority to the Sales Manager.• Implement and enforce ACCBC compliance standards across all team activities and customer interactions.• Recruit capable team members in line with ACCBC hiring standards and role requirements.• Comply fully with the ACCBC onboarding process for all new team members joining the area.<br>E. Continuous Improvement & Team Development• Apply root cause analysis (RCA) methodology to resolve recurring performance issues or field challenges.• Conduct regular performance and development reviews with each sales representative, providing structured feedback and coaching.• Develop the capabilities of team members through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and targeted development actions.<br>F. Leadership & Team Motivation• Build, lead, and develop a highly motivated, results-oriented sales team across the assigned area.• Prepare the team to adapt to market changes, commercial priorities, and business direction shifts.• Recognise and reward individual and team achievements, maintaining high engagement and positive team morale.<br>G. Job Description<br>Reports to: Project Director<br>Location: North Coast – Egypt (On-site)<br>Industry: Urban Development / Infrastructure / Real Estate/coastal and Marine projects<br>The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for forming, developing, negotiating, and managing the full suite of contracts required for the successful delivery of South Med program. This includes construction, infrastructure, utilities, wave-breaker, coastal developments, artificial bays, Marina, ensuring the project meets its cost, schedule, and quality objectives while complying with legal and regulatory frameworks.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction, and other project related contracts. Ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the project duration. Lead the review and assessment of claims, disputes and variations. Interact with the Client representatives, the Project Management Consultant, and relevant Contractors in respect of all contractual matters. Assist in the drafting of commercial terms for design, engineering and/or construction services Prepare the contractual (front end) portion of the contract documents (while cursory reviewing the technical portion) to ensure congruity and to minimize patent ambiguities in the front end documents. Administration of on-going Contracts. Investigate contractual problems and recommend corrective action in accordance with the Contract. Prepare correspondence and maintain records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual matters Prepare Contract variations. Administer contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with prior to final payment to contractors. Ensures that all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract. Prepare for review Recommendations for Release of Retention and Bonds. Participate in the preparation of the contractual portion of the monthly Progress Reports. Prepare and maintain logs for Variations and Claims. Attend Commercial/Contracts Meetings and record minutes of meetings. Lead any tendering process, whether for construction or consultancy services, until award. Negotiate contracts until agreement is reached and signature takes place.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). Minimum of 18+ years of experience in contract management within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Proven experience in large-scale projects, including residential, mixed-use and real estate development. Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, and other international contract standards. Extensive experience in contract management, ideally within real estate, engineering sectors. Strong background in project management, contract law, and business operations. Familiarity with local and international laws governing construction and consultancy contracts. Professional certifications such as MRICS, PMP, or CCM are a plus.

Carry full responsibilities of his section when his immediate supervisor is not there. Work according to the menu specifications (pictures or/and portions) set by Chef. Keep working area at all times in Hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel. Communicate to his direct supervisor in all relevant & important matters. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. <br>Qualifications<br><br>Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma. Experience: Can learn the job in 3 year and perform duties at expected level. Foreign Language: Not required. Courses and Seminars: Prior attendance in trainings in the related field. Computer Literacy: Not required. Skills: Has knowledge of and is capable of using the products, kitchen and equipment. Expected to use non-standard, specific tools and devices related to the job and that can be learned in a few months.
