Senior Logistics Specialist<br>???? Location: Smart Village, Tarek Nour Building B107, KM 28 Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, Giza, Egypt<br>???? Work Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (Friday & Saturday are weekends)<br><br>About the Role<br>We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient shipment coordination, customs compliance, supplier management, and on-time delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external logistics partners.<br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Import Operations<br>Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure ACID registration is completed accurately and on time before sea shipment loading. Monitor international shipment status and proactively identify and escalate transportation risks or delays. Apply for and track FORM 4 documentation to ensure completion before shipment arrival. Track customs clearance progress and coordinate transportation from the port to warehouse/factory (PTW). Prepare and maintain daily import logistics tracking reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics suppliers and evaluate monthly KPI performance. Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing with the Finance team. Work closely with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve operational issues and urgent shipment requirements.<br><br>Export Operations<br>Identify suitable logistics solutions and arrange shipment bookings for exports from Egypt to international destinations. Coordinate truck loading schedules with factories and logistics service providers to ensure timely dispatch. Prepare export customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices (CI) and Packing Lists (PL). Maintain and update daily export shipment tracking reports. Monitor supplier performance through monthly KPI reviews. Coordinate with factories and logistics partners to resolve shipment-related issues promptly.<br><br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, import/export operations, or customs clearance. Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import/export documentation. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

Highly organised, self-directed and reliable in a remote working setup, with strong attention to detail. Strong familiarity with Middle East markets, with a genuine understanding of the cultural nuances and audience differences across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, what resonates in Riyadh is not always what resonates in Dubai, and you know why. Deep understanding of the influencer and creator marketing industry: how brands work with creators, how campaigns are built, and how influence translates into business results. Strong command of branding, marketing strategy, consumer behaviour and communications. Proven ability to translate brand strategies into creative platforms, creative territories and actionable strategic recommendations. Experience developing strategic presentations for clients. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify meaningful insights from data. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across time zones.
