<p>The LMS Administrator will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the LMS platform, managing learning content and users, supporting system integrations, resolving technical issues, and producing learning reports.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities

Complete a clear and comprehensive handover to the incoming Shift Manager or Supervisor. Ensure that handovers include production status, pending orders, equipment conditions, quality issues, safety concerns, staffing matters, and required follow-up actions. Communicate relevant shift information to Production Management and other supporting departments. Attend operational meetings and contribute accurate information regarding shift performance and challenges. Lead implementation and sustainability of 5S standards within the assigned shift and production areas. Typically, 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. At least 1–2 years of experience leading a production shift, line, or operational team. Experience in chemicals, construction materials, cementitious products, admixtures, coatings, or a comparable process-manufacturing industry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets in a demanding manufacturing environment. Practical experience coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HSE functions. Experience working in a structured manufacturing environment with documented procedures and performance indicators. Technical Knowledge<br><br>Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and shop-floor operations. Working knowledge of production quality controls and nonconforming-product management. Good awareness of occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements in a manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of equipment operation, breakdown identification, and maintenance coordination. Understand members’ needs, preferences, and requirements and ensure they receive appropriate support. Respond to member requests promptly and professionally. Support members throughout their journey, from onboarding through their membership period and renewal or exit. Build and maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere within the workspace. Support community activities, events, and initiatives when required. Collect member feedback and communicate relevant feedback or recurring issues to the Manager.<br>2. Member Plans, Renewals & Retention Regularly monitor member plans, usage, expiry dates, and upcoming renewals. Ensure renewal opportunities are communicated and followed up on in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for plan upgrades, additional seats, team bundles, meeting rooms, and other workspace services.<br>3. Sales & Commercial Opportunities Respond to inquiries from prospective members and clients. Follow up with leads and potential clients in a timely and professional manner. Support and conduct workspace tours for prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales opportunities. Meet agreed individual targets and KPIs related to follow-ups, renewals, and sales opportunities.<br>4. Workspace Operations & Standards Help maintain the workspace to the expected standards of the brand. Regularly check common areas, meeting spaces, offices, and shared facilities. Report maintenance, cleaning, security, or operational issues promptly. Follow up with the relevant team or supplier to ensure issues are resolved. Follow the required daily opening and closing procedures. Follow all security and operational processes consistently.<br>5. Communication & Administration Respond to member, prospect, and internal emails clearly, accurately, and professionally. Ensure requests requiring action are followed up within the agreed timeframe. Handle routine client and internal requests within the same working day whenever possible. Prioritize urgent requests and escalate issues when necessary. Provide clear handovers to the Manager or relevant team members when required.<br>6. Brand Representation Represent the brand professionally at all times. Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional approach with members, visitors, and prospects. Ensure interactions with clients reflect the quality and standards expected of the brand. The position does not have direct managerial responsibility but is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively follow up on tasks, and escalate matters to the Manager when appropriate. The role requires a balance of community experience, client relationship management, workspace support, and sales follow-up, with community experience being the primary focus.<br>A successful Community Experience & Sales Executive ensures that members feel looked after, requests don't get lost, the workspace consistently meets brand standards, renewals and opportunities are followed up on time, and the Manager has clear visibility of anything requiring attention.
